uxrls publish

uxrls publish is a private tool an authorized operator uses to manage YouTube publishing. It does not offer open registration.
The privacy notes list the Google and YouTube access the tool requests, what it stores, and how Google access can be removed. The terms cover that private use.
What the tool is built to do
The tool is built so the operator can:
- connect YouTube channels they are allowed to manage
- upload and schedule items they select
- view analytics where YouTube supports that for a connected channel
Sign-in with Google uses OAuth, the consent screen Google shows when an application asks for account access. The operator reports that the OAuth web application project is named uxrls-publish.
The operator reports that the current account has 10 YouTube channels connected. That count is as of . Channel names are not published here. Live upload calls and live analytics calls had not been confirmed in operation at that date.
Access and stored data
The OAuth client requests broad YouTube scopes, plus Google profile and email. The YouTube scopes include account management, upload, read-only account view, force-ssl (Google’s description includes editing and permanent deletion), partner asset access, and read-only YouTube Analytics. The full list, in Google’s own wording, is in the privacy notes.
The deployment stores access tokens and refresh tokens for the connected account. It stores media the operator selects, scheduled posts, and operational logs. The operator states that upload delivery is public and provider-fetchable: a file can be placed at an address YouTube can retrieve without the operator’s private sign-in. What that means, and what it does not promise, is explained in the privacy notes on stored data.
Parties that may process data, where they apply, include Google, OVH, Cloudflare, and a bot connector relay. They are described in the privacy notes on processors. These pages do not publish a personal name, a legal entity name, or a support address.
