Terms

Public address: https://uxrls.com/publishing/terms/

These terms describe private use of uxrls publish. They do not offer the tool to the public.

Who the tool is for

uxrls publish is a private tool for its authorized operator, at the application host https://publish.uxrls.com/. It does not offer open registration. Reading these notes does not create an account. If you are not the operator, these pages do not grant you access.

The informational homepage is https://uxrls.com/publishing/. Data handling is described in the privacy notes.

YouTube’s terms still apply

Using YouTube through the tool is also governed by YouTube’s own terms:

The operator is responsible for having the rights to any media they upload, and for connecting only channels they are allowed to manage.

Broad Google access

The OAuth client requests the scopes listed in the privacy notes. Those scopes include permissions Google describes as managing the YouTube account, managing videos, viewing the account, viewing and managing partner assets, viewing YouTube Analytics reports, and reading the account profile and primary email address. Google’s description of the force-ssl scope includes seeing, editing, and permanently deleting videos, ratings, comments, and captions.

The consent screen Google shows is what the account holder authorizes. These terms do not shrink that permission to a shorter list.

No service promise

The tool is a private aid for the operator. As of , live upload and live analytics had not been confirmed in operation. These terms do not promise that a post will publish, that a provider will fetch a file, that analytics will appear, or that the service will keep running.

Public provider-fetchable upload delivery, stored tokens, and operator-managed deletion are described in the privacy notes. Those descriptions are not a service level.

What these terms do not add

These terms do not add a warranty. They do not set a damages cap. They do not choose a court, a country, or a governing law. Law that already applies still applies. These terms do not replace YouTube’s terms or Google’s terms.

No support address is published. Questions stay with the administrator of the private deployment. The privacy notes explain how to remove the application’s access from a Google account, and they explain that removing that access does not by itself delete data the deployment has already stored.

The operator may stop using the tool at any time. These pages may be replaced. This copy is dated .
